Details: Simon has now left the club, it took him all season to find the right position and when he did he left! Si had a lot of ability but couldn’t bring it to the fore in a match. When he played as full back he looked very comfortable. Also underrated for his ability in the air.
Useless info: Simon had the wrong attitude for Sunday football, and left at the right time. He was a likeable chap, although he never went out with us because he was always in the farms around Coalpit Heath looking for tottie!
