Didn’t sleep that great.  Couldn’t really move that much, as drip still in leg.

 

10:30 physio team came and saw me, asked if I knew what happened with the OP, still said will need extensive physio as torn quad, but obviously not as bad as could have been, he said I’ve been quite luckily and he guessed I would want to get back to football as soon as poss.  He said it would probably be an out patient physio with exercise I could do at home.  He moved my knee – the most it had in the last week.  Got me to try and bend and straighten leg and press down.

 

The physio will be back this afternoon after the drains taken out, he said it’s drained 60ml of blood.
